Meet Jamie - Home Stager
Hello! My name is Jamie and I LOVE what I do. Ever since I could remember, I always visualized spaces and what I could do differently to make them more appealing. This is when my creativity and passion for transforming spaces to their fullest potential made me fall in love with staging. I pride myself in excellent communication, attention to detail, and of course getting the most profit when selling your home.

We take an empty house and create a "Home" where potential buyers can envision the layout, space, and themselves living there. Let us help your listing Stand Out above the competition!

Furniture + Accessories - Living Room, Primary Bedroom & Dining Room. Smaller Accessories - Kitchen, Two Bathrooms, & Front Door
Homes listed under $500K - $1,400 +
Homes listed over $500K - $1,600 +

Pricing is for 30 Day Rental
Additional spaces can be added at an additional charge.
Mileage will be added to a home 30 minutes outside of Byron Center.
OCCUPIED HOME SERVICES

Written Consultation Report: $300 +
A written report will be emailed to the Seller + Realtor to include: Room by room recommendations on repairs, tips on items to pack away or rearrange + how to improve curb appeal.
Additional cost may be added due to size of home, amount of time spent at home and mileage (30 minutes outside of Byron Center)
Pre - Photo Styling Package: $650 +
Stager to spend up to 3 hours before photos to include: Professional eye of placement of furniture, styling the homeowner's decor, artwork + bedding & reducing clutter.
Typically a written consultation report is needed before staging begins.
Additional cost may be added due to size of home, amount of time spent at home and mileage (30 minutes outside of Byron Center)
AIRBNB / SHORT TERM RENTAL STYLING
We can "Refresh" or "Completely Furnish" your Airbnb or Short Term Rental to create functional space + generate higher interest for Guests!
Refresh Package: Assist with sourcing new artwork, decor, and/or furniture to help your Airbnb/STR Stand Out and Create a Fresh New Style!
Full Service Package: We take care of Every Detail from selecting ALL furniture, decor, artwork + everything for the needs of your Guests!
